I wandered in by chance today.
I am impressed with the following:
Ample parking,
Super fast checkin (I'd check),
Large display area,
No pushy budtenders,
When I was helped, the budtender was very knowledgeable. I should know, I was a budtender.
Descent pricing on a large variety of different brands. Better pricing than the 1st 2 dispensaries that opened in CNY!
Overall experience was 5☆

Finally got a chance to stop in and had an awesome experience! I've been to dispensaries in every legal state in the U.S. (& others in NY) Herb-Z is definitely doing it right. Great selection, bud tenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dispensaries should make you feel welcome but not overwhelmed. They are spot on with the customer service & exactly what a dispensary should be. Also, big thumbs up on the product cards (something I've never seen at a dispensary) Super helpful while shopping to have strain info, percentages & pricing on cards & after making a decision on what to purchase, just bring a card up to the bud tender so they can prepare you order. Great family run business, so glad I stopped in & I'll be back again soon!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff!!! I can definitely say I will be returning. Easy to purchase products that are well marked. Highly recommended making a visit if you haven’t already.

Very friendly and welcoming. The owner welcomed me and directed my to the product selection (great products and growers, including women owned). My sales person had great knowledge, was very cool, and offered her opinion. Prices are reasonable but get ready to pay 13% tax. They have these little cards with info about each product. Very helpful is the fact they calculate the 13% tax and lists what the final price would be. I was very impressed and will be returning!

The atmosphere here is incredible. Family owned, friendly, and above all, excellent service. They’ll make sure: if you have a question, it’s answered. When browsing, simply pick up a product card and bring it to the register. No more remembering all the items you’re trying to purchase! David knows his stuff too and even eats the ATM fee. What a guy. Check ‘em out!

Place was friendly and has weed. But it’s expensive as all get out. We tried to get a preroll and was told it’s $20 so we buy it for three people, it’s the Smallest joint I have ever seen. Was supposed to be filled with live resin and blah blah blah. Was not worth over $20. For one. Maybe if it had five in a jar from this packing you’d think it was a king size but it was a 1 1/4 inch rolling paper. With a filter. SO SMALL.

First time experience at HerbZ today and it was outstanding! From service (shoutout to Budtender Chris!) to products, and parking to prices, they deserve more than 5 stars! The sweet lady at the door was very welcoming, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Their product selection has something for everyone, and the product cards are SO helpful! Overall, it was a fun and great experience! I will definitely be back!

I've been there twice now and both times Aiden asked me if I need help. So full of knowledge he was and everything he said was right on! Today I met an owner but I didn't even know it! He's the nicest guy! You can tell that they care about people and they worked so hard to get where they are. This is my new place. Product is just as amazing as the people. 🙂
