I highly recommended Liam’s quality meats, such a fantastic place and awesome gentleman. I made a two hour round journey from Mijas Pueblo to collect my Christmas turkey/Gammon/Veg box I had preordered and it was well worth every minute of the car trip. It was so easy to get to and parking was a breeze… Liam was a pleasure to deal with from the initial message to place the order to the collection itself. If I lived closer I would be visiting him for everything but toilet roll and water. Looking forward to my new yearly tradition of visiting and wouldn’t go any where else from now on for the most important meal of the year. Let’s hope my cooking is just as amazing as Liam’s personality. Thank you so much. 😊

Liams meats are always reliable, fast, reasonable, and of incredible quality! I recently bought the Irish dry aged meat in the chimichurri glaze and it was incredible. Anyone in the area should definitely give Liam and his lovely family’s butcher shop a visit!

This was our first visit to Liam’s and I have to say “We weren’t disappointed” Liam welcomed us like we were family, he answered all of our questions regarding the meats we purchased and even made several suggestions. We purchased Ribeye, sirloin, filet, Argentinian fire steak (the bomb by the way) sausages, pate, cannon of lamb and a complimentary jumbo sausage roll!!!

We have family visiting next week, we will be back to stock up…so should you!!!

As promised (and only if we really enjoyed our bought meat) a well earned 5-star review. We tried the marinated chicken filets (lemon) the sirloin steak, the burgers, baby back ribs and the delicious homemade coleslaw (by Linda) and all was very tasteful! Still have some chicken filets and steak filets left in the fridge for the upcoming days. Went out of the butchery with more than needed, but all looks so good. Can’t say anything else than great food and nice people! Thank you Liam and Linda for your service and see you next time!

I’ve followed Liam’s page for many years; we live in Gibraltar and while we’ve got a Morrisons and many Spanish-style butchers as a northern lad I’ve always respected a quality English butcher. I’ve actually been a little bit of a stalker watching his videos and amazing looking meat.

As a stalker, I ordered a full selection lol. We went a bit silly. Ordered far too much, ended up eating the amazing haul over two days but blimey it was good.

Highlights - steak. Amazing. Irish aged steak which melted in the mouth. Thick cut lamb chops not like the skinny supermarket ones. Bacon that didn’t shrivel in the pan. Sausage rolls served fresh from the oven were eaten within 5 mins of leaving the shop. Scotch eggs? Blimey I think Lynda nicked KFC recipe for the coating. (Sorry Colonel).

We had lamb chops, chicken, steak, homemade sausage, secreto, thick lovely bacon to cook and scotch eggs and sausage rolls to snack on. Please buy the same guys!

PS: Small thing to add, my 10yr old lad needed to use the toilet and they kindly let him use their private bathroom. Thanks so much.
